Your Impact:
Handshake is hiring a Program Manager for our Insights team to drive the roadmap, delivery, and enablement of our internal tools across our Enterprise business initiatives across engineering. This individual will report to the Director of Enterprise Insights and work closely with our internal GTM stakeholders.
Your Role:
We’re excited for you to work on:
- Address business challenges by leveraging Handshake’s unique data to improve and create innovative internal/external tools
- Leverage SQL++ to extract necessary data and build out subsequent visualizations in Looker and internal front-end systems
- Conceptualize and drive initiatives that help our internal stakeholders make better decisions with data
- Create requirements and project plans for analytic programs, tools, or narratives and re-prioritize based on impact and effort to complete
- Analyze results to generate business insights
- Act as a customer-centric program manager, placing customer value at the center of all projects, analyses, and initiatives; Establish close relationships with sales teams to do this
- Build cross-functional consensus for operational improvements and partner effectively with other teams
- Partner with sales enablement for successful rollout of tools
- Develop and coordinate training for internal tools with stakeholders
- Defining and tracking reports, metrics, and dashboards to accurately provide insight into our impact to the business
Your Experience:
- 6+ years of experience managing executive stakeholders and strategic projects/programs.
- Proven track record in leading a team to ship features and products.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and championing Agile methodologies.
- Exceptionally organized and experienced in communicating across multiple teams and departments.
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Experience working with senior leadership.
- High-level thinker, but also detail-oriented when executing on projects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive metric and dashboard creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
