The role also involves attending local networking events and supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
High-Volume Recruiter — 100% Remote | Base + Commission
Judit Inc. is a Women-Owned, GSA Schedule staffing firm placing professionals with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and healthcare organizations nationwide. We have hundreds of open requisitions today, new pipelines being built right now, and hundreds more jobs coming in 2027. We need recruiters who want to spend their whole day recruiting.
What this job is
You’ll receive a job description and full details from our sales team. Then you find qualified candidates, screen them, and submit them for review. When a candidate is selected, you help coordinate interviews. That’s the job, every day. There are no business development duties, no events, and no admin projects pulling you away from the phone.
What you’ll do
- Work a high volume of open requisitions at once across operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, business and data analysis, finance, marketing, sales, HR, IT, program management, and administrative support
- Make 50+ candidate calls per day using phone, text, email, and LinkedIn
- Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, our internal database, and referrals
- Screen candidates on qualifications, availability, pay expectations, and work authorization
- Submit qualified candidates to sales daily, with clean, complete write-ups
- Coordinate interviews for selected candidates and keep them engaged through the process
- Build pipelines for upcoming roles before the requisitions open
- Keep the ATS updated with every call, note, and submittal
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or other high-volume environment
- A track record of hitting daily call and submittal metrics, and be ready to share your numbers
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and at least one ATS
- Comfort working many requisitions at once without losing track of candidates
- Clear phone presence, and quick, direct written communication
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for contract, contingent, or staff augmentation roles
- Experience recruiting corporate roles such as operations, supply chain, analysts, marketing, HR, or IT

- Base salary plus uncapped commission

How success is measured
Daily call volume, daily submittals, submittal-to-interview ratio, and placements. You’ll see your numbers every week.
