About this role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator Manager to join our growing Recruiting Operations team, which drives operational excellence for the hiring at Faire. This role will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of Recruiting Coordinators, identifying ways to provide a best-in-class candidate experience across all touch points of the candidate lifecycle.

What you’ll do 

  • Manage a global team of Recruiting Coordinators who support recruiters across all areas of the organization. 
  • Own the domain and find ways to improve our operations when it comes to scheduling, requisition management and candidate onboarding. 
  • Use data and tools to ensure our RC function is staffed properly and be able to quickly shift resources to meet the ever-growing demands of the business. 
  • Define what success looks like in the RC role through designing qualitative and quantitative performance measures, and fostering a team culture of clear and honest feedback.
  • Own projects and build solutions associated with the continued optimization of team tools and processes.
  • Support building a world-class candidate experience and ensure that both the vision and execution are shared company-wide


Qualifications

  • 4+ year of recruiting experience, ideally coming from a tech start-up 
  • Prior experience in a Recruiting Coordination Lead/Manager role in the technology industry
  • Experience managing early talent, managing managers, and managing a contingent workforce
  • Experience partnering, and driving change, with senior level management
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment
  • Self-starter with strong sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, complex and scaling environment
