Regional Sales Manager for South Texas driving new business, retaining accounts, and expanding opportunities. Partners with Inside Sales to meet growth goals, manage pipelines, and maintain strong customer relationships.
What you will do:
  • Build and maintain professional relationships, coordinating internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales/profit targets.
  • Develop account plans, manage pipelines, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Use CRM for lead generation, account management, and reporting.
  • Travel for client meetings, tradeshows, and collaboration with international and cross-department teams.
  • Maintain company image, participate in ongoing training, and adhere to policies.

The skills you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years sales experience in IT Security/Networking.
  • Proven success in complex sales environments and channel/direct sales models.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team motivation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, competitive, and strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Must reside in the region and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Variable Compensation Plan:This role includes the opportunity for sales commissions as a part of the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Variable Compensation Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance against sales targets and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules may apply.

Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
