About this role

Our Office team strives to create a welcoming and inclusive office culture that supports the overall employee experience at Faire. We are looking for a Virtual Office Coordinator working East Coast hours, preferable based in Atlanta or NYC to support our growing offices across the US and Europe. The ideal candidate is someone who has a hospitality mindset and is not only focused on tackling the day-to-day responsibilities but how to improve the overall workspace experience and help our employees succeed.

What you’ll do 

  • Be the “front office” for multiple small but quickly growing offices, with locations in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Atlanta, New York, and Amsterdam
  • Monitor various methods of communication for office and workspace-related requests and fulfill them in a timely manner
  • Partner with local team members to cultivate safe, clean, organized, and welcoming work environments and promote positive atmospheres for all our offices
  • Be an ambassador and maintain communal office spaces to reflect Faire’s aesthetic, atmosphere, and values
  • Coordinate on-the-ground events, catering, surprise & delight drops, and generally making sure our offices are included in all things fun at Faire
  • Backup to other administrative tasks that may come up and facilities projects on a needed basis
  • Maintain documentation for each location and support visitor flow
  • Managing budgets for each location for in-office needs, events and future planning 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in reception and office management, or similar customer service related experience
  • Have an unparalleled “can-do” attitude
  • Must be a self-starter with great initiative and able to work independently
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
  • Able to keep an accurate account of time for each job task
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing items
  • Be service-oriented and have superior organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with an outgoing demeanor and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
  • Experience with G Suite products: Gmail, Google Drive, Google calendar
  • Understanding of video conferencing systems, such as Zoom, and their features preferred
