  • Prepare weekly or monthly operational and research progress updates.
  • Ensure all documentation meets ethical and regulatory standards (where applicable).

Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior researchers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to align research and operational priorities.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, or reviews to support continuous learning and improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Social Science, Economics, or related disciplines).
  • 1–3 years of experience in research coordination, data operations, or analytical support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, or SPSS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
