We are seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to support the smooth, efficient, and compliant execution of day-to-day store operations across a multi-location retail environment. This role acts as the operational backbone of the store network, connecting field teams with corporate standards, systems, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and skilled at translating operational policies into practical store-level execution that drives performance and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily store operations communications including policy updates, operational directives, and compliance deadlines between corporate and store teams

• Monitor store-level compliance with visual merchandising standards, planogram resets, and operational procedures

• Support new store openings and remodels by coordinating fixture delivery, setup checklists, and operational readiness reviews

• Track and report on key store operational KPIs including shrink, payroll efficiency, and customer service metrics

• Assist with scheduling audits, operational assessments, and mystery shop reviews, compiling findings and action plans

• Maintain and update the operations playbook and store procedures library, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible

• Collaborate with loss prevention, HR, and finance teams on cross-functional operational projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field; or equivalent retail operations experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations, store management, or a retail corporate support role

• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store P&L drivers, and inventory management fundamentals

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with retail operations platforms (Oracle Retail, SAP, or equivalent) preferred

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-location retail chains with 20+ stores

• Familiarity with loss prevention principles and shrink reduction strategies

• Background in specialty, apparel, or consumer electronics retail
