A Day in The Life of Our Sales Operations Manager:
- The primary role of the Sales Operations Manager will be to align Altium’s day-to-day operational processes that give us needed visibility into our goals, progress, and attainment of key revenue and sales objectives
- Lead a team of Proposal Coordinators and Sales Operations professionals
- Integrate data from disparate systems to report effectively on sales performance across various geographies, product lines, and sales reps
- Manage the database and platform, including administration, process changes, and troubleshooting to ensure that teams are working with accurate data and have all needed capabilities to deliver on goals
- Manage key Sales Ops projects in partnership with the marketing team, from project setup, to maintenance, and close-out. Ensure accuracy of all relevant data elements
- Develop core GTM KPIs, performance management and reporting. Provide ad hoc analysis and/or partner with the Data and Analytics team to ensure the pipeline is reported accurately
- Proactively evaluate analytics to further accelerate revenue
- Advise on new business growth strategy, existing customer base expansion, sales incentives, and segmentation
- Advise, develop, and report on sales variable commission structures
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting
- Deliver insightful reports and dashboards to the executive team and individual contributors around all relevant KPIs
- Ongoing analysis to improve the understanding of the business, our customers, customer personas, and sales cycles
- Work with the SVP of Sales and Finance on compensation plans for the sales team
- Organize annual sales kick off and quarterly trainings for the sales team
Who We’re Looking For:
- A highly motivated individual with the leadership skills to manage and support an ambitious team with a passion delivering results
- 5+ years’ experience in revenue/sales operations across diverse sales organizations
- Experience designing and implementing compensation plans across sales organizations
- B2B Channel and Direct sales experience in solar, energy efficiency, EV charging, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work with global teams and key senior stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS sales environment
- Ability to work with multiple data feeds to generate analysis, Microsoft Excel expert
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting
- Expertise with Salesforce, Linkedin Navigator, HubSpot (CRM,) Gong (Rev Intel,) ZoomInfo. Knowledge of NetSuite (ERP) and DOMO (BI)

The salary range for this role is $120,000- $145,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
