About the Team
The Revenue Operations team at MixPanel partners with Sales Leadership to help set and execute global and regional revenue strategies. We build and execute core operational processes such as business planning and reporting, facilitate key decision making, support ongoing business operations management, and provide the right systems and tools to make our Sales team successful!
About the Role
As Sales System Manager, you will help drive success of the Sales team by enabling powerful systems and tooling support for their business processes. You will be a strategic partner to stakeholder teams, translating their business needs into technical requirements and managing projects all the way through implementation. This is a critical role for Mixpanel at this stage of our growth, with direct impact on ability to meet our revenue goals.
We're looking for someone to:
- Manage cross-functional systems projects in support of Sales
- Manage and prioritize SFDC related requests and projects
- Work directly with stakeholders across the company to understand the needs, requirements, and dependencies of various stakeholders and organizations, provide guidance for solution, project manage solution end to end
- Work with development team to install critical applications, integrate 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, etc.
- Provide ongoing support and management of SFDC
- Function as go-to person for SFDC request and inquiries; Coordinate SFDC updates, modify fields and workflows etc as needed
- Support day-to-day management of Salesforce configuration – customizing core architecture as well as profiles and user permissions
- Manage territory automation
- Partner with the enablement team and sales managers to help drive training on SFDC processes
- Manage Sales operations alias for inquiries and other ad hoc responsibilities in support of sales operations and sales team
- Drive data quality and enrichment projects across the organization
- Own the integrity of data at all stages in our SFDC instance
- Manage enrichment vendors, optimizing for data integrity and accuracy
- Work with internal teams to establish processes which improve data integrity of all objects; define best practices to help build increased seller productivity and SFDC hygiene
- Regularly run de-duplication programs to de-dupe Accounts, Leads and Contacts
- In conjunction with CPQ, establish systems to verify contract data
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience working at a technology company in a Sales Operations, business operations or related role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SFDC Administrator
- Certified Salesforce ADM201
- Proficient with Excel, SQL
- Should be a creative, self-starting, fast learning, detail-oriented team player who thrives with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data cleanse & data enrichment projects
- Experience with territory management
Bonus points if you:
- Start-up SaaS and rapidly expanding sales organization experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with databases, analytical tools and Excel functionality
- Experience with Marketo, lead routing, territory management and tools
- Have experience with Steelbrick CPQ
