People.ai is looking for an exceptional Sales Enablement Manager to create a sales enablement program for our new High Velocity segment. Serving as an integral member of the core High Velocity team, this person will partner with our Head of Velocity Sales to determine the optimal sales processes to drive sales productivity and predictable revenue growth. The Sales Enablement Manager will determine learning needs to develop a sales playbook, onboarding and ongoing development program, and other sales tools to ensure training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Head of Velocity Sales to define sales processes and create a sales playbook
  • Develop an AE-focused onboarding program to rapidly enable AEs to drive a complete sales cycle
  • Develop and deliver metrics-focused programs for ongoing development. Measuring, monitoring, and communicating the impact of enablement against specific business-critical metrics
  • Create digital eLearning, instructor-led training materials, and job aids to support a role-based curriculum for Sales Reps and Sales Managers
  • Regularly spend time in the field with managers and AEs to understand the “field reality” and build sales enablement deliverables to meet their needs
  • Curate content from Product Marketing and company-wide SMEs and adapt it to align with the sales messaging, learning design, and consumption needs of the sales team
  • Creating learning solutions focused on specific product knowledge and sales skills (e.g. sales process, executive messaging, negotiation, etc)
  • Coordinate with vendors as needed to create content

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Sales or Sales Enablement experience with a Product Led Growth strategy
  • Demonstrated application of customer-centric and value-based selling approaches (e.g. MEDDIC, Command of the Message)
  • Experience in applying adult learning principles to translate training requirements into learning solutions
  • Excellent presentation and delivery skills with prior facilitation and sales training experience with the ability to represent complex concepts
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Ability to scope and manage the day-to-day work of projects independently.
  • Attention to design aesthetics and visual detail. Graphic or visual design experience a plus
  • Experience working with LMS and CMS tools
