We are seeking a Real Estate Partnerships Business Development Representative interested in starting or continuing their sales career by mastering the qualification process and growing our outbound leads to join the Zeus Real Estate Team in a remote position.
What You'll Do:
- Drive new unique home growth [single family home, condo, townhome] throughout the U.S. by having lightning-speed response time seeking out, contacting and qualifying outbound leads
- Grow and develop existing outbound strategy in the U.S.
- Build and manage list and pipeline in Platform (Zeus’ internally built CRM) to meet Zeus’ objectives around revenue and margin by growing our leads pipeline
- Manage the sales funnel by analyzing and controlling pipeline activity in Platform with a focus on increasing your qualified lead conversion rate
- Work closely with the REP team to build a qualification feedback loop via phone and email at each point of the sales cycle to ensure deals are brought to completion
- Consistently exceed quota by qualifying leads and setting sales calls on a Monthly and Quarterly cadence
- Build and defend Zeus’ business value throughout the sales cycle, selling hassle free property management and the upside of furnished housing revenue to unique homeowners in your pipeline in order to spike their initial interest and move them forward in the sales process
- Share feedback from the field to REP, Marketing, Product and Pricing teams to drive new product development and the evolution of the Zeus product/experience
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years selling in an SDR/BDR role. Previous SDR/BDR Experience or internship in an SMB, Real Estate, or Leasing environment is a plus
- Experience or interest in developing the first point of contact in the sales process to qualify the maximum number of leads to move forward in the sales cycle and increase team conversion rates
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offering and industry trends
- Unparalleled verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand clients’ needs to properly qualify them to the next stage of the sales cycle
- Strong time management skills
- A passion for having superb responsiveness and accountability
- Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google Suite, Sales Tools and Salesforce; knowledge of Slack, Front, Notion and other in-app tools is a bonus
- Strong relationship building and referral skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment
- Flexible self-starter who is looking to work with a driven team of salespeople, while also collaborating cross functionally with product, tech, and marketing teams to create a strong feedback loop around the outbound sales process
