About the Role:

As a Salesforce Administrator on KeepTruckin’s Enterprise Systems team, you will be working part of the organization that is building out the business systems used by our Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management, Marketing, Customer Success and Support and Finance teams. Your primary focus will be building out the Salesforce system based on the direction from the different functional leads.  You will work on ongoing administration and support of our Sales and Service Cloud, Pardot, CPQ and various AppExchange applications. You will be joining a dynamic and fast paced team of experienced Salesforce Administrators and Developers. We will work closely together to design the best solutions for our users, and make the best technical decisions for our company.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as one of several Salesforce system administrators, responsible for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Pardot and the related ecosystem of AppExchange apps and integration middleware.
  • Handle all administrative functions such as object configuration, security setup, reporting and dashboards, workflows and other configuration tasks.
  • Participate in SCRUM meetings, work on project and support issues as part of sprints, and communicate effectively with team members and business stakeholders.
  • We have a solutions team on staff that are aligned with the different functional teams, you will be working with them to requirements and implementing them into system solutions.
  • You will work closely with the development team, as needed, communicating technical requirements and assisting solution development.
  • Work with the QA team to provide test case scenarios, UAT, and support end-to-end application testing to ensure successful implementation.
  • You will also be expected to work with teams to define and document development requirements and outline best practices in implementing system solutions.
  • Flexible with changing priorities and developing independently with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.
  • Salesforce Admin certified minimum.
  • Marketing Cloud / Pardot / CPQ experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies and working in SCRUM teams..
  • Experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), or similar project and support tools
  • Excellent project and task management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests, manage tasks laterally and escalate when needed.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly connect business requirements with functional capabilities of the application
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, providing transparency for business users.
  • Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements, and successfully drive projects to completion.
