About the Role

You will report to the Manager, Partner Operations on our Merchant Operations team in our Merchant Strategy & Operations Organization.

As an Associate / Senior Associate on the Merchant S&O, Partner Operations team, you will support operational improvement workstreams with our top local and national Merchant Partners to support all of our audiences (Consumer, Dasher, Merchant). You will work with our Product, Analytics, S&O, and Account Owner organizations to diagnose operational challenges, create a roadmap to fix them, and implement them with the Merchant. You will be the face of Ops with our top Merchants!

  • You have experience navigating the following technology (Google Apps + Google Suites, SQL and Excel - can maintain complex spreadsheets, and more)
