Your Impact:

Handshake is looking to bring on a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations on our Education team to lead a small but mighty Ops & Enablement team, and be a force multiplier that drives greater efficiency and effectiveness for all of our EDU Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Success and Marketing). As a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you’ll report to the Head of Education Success & Operations and play a critical role in building, improving and automating scalable solutions, processes and systems for internal stakeholders. You will be a trusted thought partner and advisor on all things data and business intelligence for our EDU leadership team and also work closely with leaders across the three sides of Handshake’s business (Education, Employer and Student) to develop a center of excellence for Operations. You’ll be responsible for leading cross-functional projects that contribute directly to top company goals and you’ll develop a hardworking team that loves contributing to our mission and pushes themselves to go above and beyond.

Your Role:

  • Set and lead achievement of quarterly and annual OKRs for the EDU Operations & Enablement team

  • Identify, implement and improve processes and workflows to improve sales win-rates and velocity, retention, NPS, account health, product adoption and internal knowledge sharing

  • Motivate, coach, retain and empower a team of two (Manager and Associate)

  • Successfully implement and roll-out Customer Experience platform (i.e. Gainsight) across EDU GTM teams and optimize our EDU deal desk function and tools ecosystem

  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive team efficiency and effectiveness and develop an Operations center of excellence across Handshake’s business

  • Partner closely with EDU Leadership team on strategic direction and prioritization

Your Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM operations and enablement in a high-growth, SaaS context

  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager or team leader driving ambitious goals

  • Hands-on experience with the majority of Handshake tech stack and tools: Salesforce, JIRA, Looker, Mode, Marketo, Mixmax, Dialpad

  • Data-driven: Expertise in pulling, organizing, visualizing and consulting on data with senior cross-functional GTM leaders

  • Strategic Communicator: You value transparency and giving and receiving timely feedback; you can strategically tailor your message to the right audience

  • Future-Looking: Ability to execute on today's challenges while maintaining a forward-thinking mindset around where we'll be six months, a year, and several years from now.

  • Empathetic leadership: You have well-developed EQ with a strong sense of empathy for team members and customers

  • Resourceful and creative: You have a proven track record of executing bold growth strategies, navigating ambiguity, and achieving goals with a lean team
