About the Role
You will be responsible for growing the overall business we have in the region. You will be the Leadership point of contact for Customers, Partners and Prospects and will be the Mixpanel ambassador for the market.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team that develops relationships with our current customers in the region, managing these relationships and growing the business we have together.
- Supporting your team to work with our current partners in the region to create activities which drive demand for our products.
- Partnering with our Partnerships team to find new partners and enabling them to build business with Mixpanel.
- Helping shape our marketing and messaging strategy for the region.
- Supporting your team to prospect and close new business in the region.
- Forecasting the business in UK&I and ensuring your team maintains Salesforce.

- You will have a passion for Analytics and the value that it can deliver.
- You will be a highly networked individual within the UK&I business/start-up community - ideally with a background in Analytics or SaaS solutions.
- You will be comfortable taking a leading role at events or activities that showcase how Mixpanel can help support Product Managers and Growth Marketers. You will enjoy building your personal brand and be actively contributing to forums and communities in the local market.
- You will be a highly credible, high energy leader who is interested in building the Mixpanel business in UK&I supported by the assets and resources of the larger Mixpanel global organization.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- At least 5 years leadership experience and 10 years in sales
- Strong background in Product Management, Analytics or SaaS
- Experienced working with the UK&I market
- Based near or in London
- Fluent in English
- Experience building & executing multichannel strategies
- Experience in leading account management teams as well as net new sales teams
- Comfortable with technology and becoming technically capable of supporting your team & partners in demos of the Mixpanel platform.
- Experience working with senior management - C level executives
- Experience building a repeatable sales machine capable of delivering large deals +350K ARR
- Experience building and delivering an account, territory, and/or go to market strategy for a SaaS sales team within the UK
- Experience supporting procurement processes, legal and DPA in EMEA
- A record of team success, hitting key performance indicators and quota while building a market
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams virtually for the majority of the time and leading a team that allows for a degree of remote work.
