As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will support some of Micron’s largest and most complex customers by driving commercial execution, coordinating cross-functional activities, and helping account teams stay ahead of customer needs and business risks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across collaborators, and brings structure and urgency to sophisticated situations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day commercial execution, including customer signals, lead routing, opportunity progression, CRM accuracy, quoting, RFQ support, and action tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows across account teams, Sales Operations, planning, pricing, legal, and other internal partners to ensure timely execution
- Prepare clear customer updates, partner concern summaries, issue narratives, and executive-ready communications
- Identify and escalate risks related to supply, demand, forecasting, backlog, shipments, and customer commitments with actionable recommendations
- Improve operational efficiency by documenting processes, improving handoffs, and leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales development, business development, sales operations, or commercial customer support within a complex B2B technology environment
- Experience supporting enterprise, hyperscaler, OEM, channel, or other large global customer accounts with multiple cross-functional collaborators
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and commercial workflows including quoting, RFQs, forecasting, opportunity management, backlog management, and critical issue processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build concise, customer-facing and leadership-ready communications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in semiconductor, memory, storage, hardware, supply chain, components, or other technical B2B sales environments
- Familiarity with demand and supply planning, allocation management, fulfillment constraints, forecasting processes, and quarter-end execution
- Experience using CRM platforms, workflow automation tools, analytics solutions, or agentic AI technologies to improve sales productivity and operational rigor
- Proven track record to operate optimally in ambiguous environments while driving accountability, execution, and continuous process improvement
- Demonstrated track record of building scalable processes and improving cross-functional teamwork in global organizations
