What you will do

We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to support our rapid growth!

Building out our Field Sales and Sales Engineering organization is a critical part of our growth strategy, and we need highly experienced Sales Recruiters to join our team!

Responsibilities:

●      Full cycle recruiting across a range of GTM roles with a major on Sales recruiting

●      Partner closely with hiring managers to develop target profiles

●      Drive creative sourcing strategies to build pipeline

●      Manage the hiring process to ensure great candidate and hiring manager experience

●      Be a trusted partner and advisor to the hiring managers across your organization

●      Manage ATS and associated data to enable automated insights into analytics

What you will bring with you

●      Several years recruiting experience hiring Enterprise Sales roles in software   companies

●      Ideally from a SaaS background - any security experience highly desirable

●      Self sufficient

●      Used to  high growth in a startup environment

●      Comfortable managing full life cycle recruiting
