Joining our Talent Experience team, you will lead all aspects of talent management, including Performance Management, Organizational Design, Culture, Engagement and career development, building strong capabilities throughout our organization and creating a progressive learning culture. Your consulting skills will deepen our team’s understanding of the business’s needs, helping to drive development of our strategy and adoption of our programs. Being a builder, you will develop a performance management process that’s reflective of our core values, encouraging continuous feedback and growth. We will scale Amplitude’s culture together as Amplitude’s business continues to scale.
As a Senior Talent Management Leader, you will get to:
- Co-develop and market our People Experience strategy
- Redesign and run performance management
- Be the trusted expert to the business on organizational design and architecture
- Up-level and lead our succession planning and engagement survey processes
- Build talent identification and career initiatives to scale the organization
- Ensure Equity and Inclusion is embedded into all of our programing
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- Deep domain expertise and experience as a talent management leader at a 1,000+ person public company
- Experience managing a full-cycle performance management program globally at scale, along with an openness to building performance in alignment with Amplitude’s culture
- Analytical and systems thinking strengths; an ability to strategize from a whole organization perspective and back up the strategy with data
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization without direct authority
- Clear perspective on and experience in embedding diversity, equity and inclusion into talent management processes
