Opportunity
We are looking for a Sr. Business Systems Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. This role serves as a trusted advisor to sales in owning and managing the salesforce and revenue cycle business systems across the business. This critical role is responsible for actively working with sales, legal, finance, marketing and other cross functional teams on business applications.
Responsibilities
- Use your technical knowledge to help a fast growing company build and scale our Salesforce ecosystem
- Technical, administrative and supporting ownership of the salesforce ecosystem
- Assist in discovering the best software solutions, Salesforce or otherwise, to help support our growing needs
- Be the first point of contact for internal users, providing technical guidance and support
- Through understanding of key end to end CRM - lead to cash processes in both process and technology
- Utilize the latest and greatest automation process (always using code as the last option) to help our users accomplish more with less clicks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop & implement business requirements, best practices, process flows, operational improvements, configuration, and testing to address our growing needs and maintain data integrity
- Demonstration of platform development best practices and design patterns for implementing highly scalable solutions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, Marketo, Vartopia, GetFeedback preferred
- Ability to distill loosely defined problems, identify potential approaches and execute solutions
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work well with cross functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Product
