About the Role:

As a Sr. Sales Manager you will help create the strategy and execute sales into the CFS 10-19 sub-segment of our SMB business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing and mentoring SaaS sales teams to perform consistently at or above their quota. This is a tremendous opportunity to be a key second-line leader and help develop KeepTruckin’s market leadership and presence in a segment with a very healthy TAM.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a happy and high-performing team of 45 offshore SMB sellers that could grow to 55 by EoY
  • Own the strategy and execution for one of the biggest growth opportunity sub-segments in SMB
  • Develop the best AEs and Frontline managers SMB has to offer into an elite sales segment
  • Iterate on existing processes to unlock and optimize revenue potential

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years leading a large sales organization with a value-based sales motion, SaaS is preferred
  • Must have experience leading front-line managers
  • Consistent track-record of 100%+ quota achievement
  • Experience leading both 'opening' and 'closing' roles within a sales motion
  • Experience hiring in a rapidly growing environment
