  • Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical GTM roles, using market insights to identify and attract top talent
  • Partner with hiring teams to design structured interview processes and facilitate calibration discussions that ensure fair, consistent candidate evaluation

  • Coach hiring managers and interview teams on recruiting best practices, interview effectiveness, and inclusive hiring practices
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Operations, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional teams to support successful hiring outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting Go-to-Market hiring in a technology or SaaS organization
  • Experience recruiting for roles such as Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, and related GTM functions
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and sound judgment
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions
  • Experience using recruiting metrics to monitor progress, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive hiring experience for candidates and interview teams
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and a willingness to leverage new tools to improve recruiting effectiveness

Talent shows up in a lot of different ways, and we mean that. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels, including military members and their spouses and those without a traditional degree or tech background. If this role speaks to you, apply.
