<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas. Collaborate with People & Culture to develop staff and ensure that career pathing remains scheduled.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Motivate and inspire the team by delivering a compelling vision and purpose which encompasses the Company’s core values</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Achieve sales plans through business analysis, effective planning and managing the controllable components of the Profit & Loss (P&L) Statement to achieve all store financial and expense targets</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Execute the store business plan to drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results and maximize business opportunities</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Maximize store volume and profits through excellent staffing, superb customer service, operational excellence, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions to drive results </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure store goals are supported and achieved by the correct use of all resources and communication channels</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Recognize and properly resolve issues communicating in a timely manner to the District Manager and collaborate to develop a plan for resolutions</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Lead talent selection, training, coaching, engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives for the retail team</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Build and support effective relationships with associates, peers, and supervisors to effectively lead positive change</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Supervise the efficient and productive handling of all merchandise including shipment receipt and processing, floor sets, markdown optimization and replenishment systems while maintaining backroom Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Lead and model the brand and customer service standards</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Train and coach team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve their performance | support the growth of your team, and to increase sales.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Lead by example, take ownership of your development, assess your performance, and actively seek feedback, resources, and opportunities to improve and elevate your skills, knowledge and abilities<br></span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">A minimum of three years of experience in retail management in fashion apparel</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of retail store performance KPIs with a keen awareness of local market</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent computer skills, documentation, and communication</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">English, additional language(s) an advantage </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business</span></li>
