Supply Chain Manager -

Location - Multiple US locations

 

We seek a Manager within our Supply Chain practice to join us in the US to grow our hi-tech industry vertical. The primary focus of this role will be a combination of business development and project delivery, helping technology clients optimize and transform their supply chain operations, with a particular emphasis on Data Center supply chains and supporting infrastructure ecosystems that include electronics OEMs, power and HVAC equipment, construction supply chains, etc.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with internal Supply Chain leaders and account teams to pursue new business opportunities with High-Tech clients
  • Develop and manage client relationships across supply chain, operations, procurement, planning, and logistics functions
  • Identify, shape, and expand offerings that deliver value to high-tech clients in Data Center implementation and management; these offerings cover inventory optimization, demand and capacity planning, supply chain visibility, network design, supplier performance, and operational resilience
  • Own responsibility for work product quality and relevance to client decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex supply chain consulting engagements and transformation programs
  • Update senior leaders and prepare and present client recommendations and executive-level presentations
  • Provide inputs into the design of Supply Chain analytics assets, methodologies, and solutions
  • Build, motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related disciplines
  • 7–10+ years of experience in management consulting or supply chain transformation
  • Experience working with technology, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud, or data centre-related supply chains preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading teams delivering complex supply chain and operations projects
  • Skill set and motivation required to be successful in business development
  • Knowledge of supply chain disciplines including inventory management, demand planning, network optimization, procurement, logistics, and supplier management
  • Analytic problem-solving skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details
  • Fluency in English is required
