In People Programs, we aim to build programs, processes and infrastructure that will allow Cladiators to architect their dream careers at Ironclad. In this role, you’ll use your expertise to develop and execute innovative programs, resources, and enablement that meet us where we are today and set us up for success as we grow. This role will push beyond basic ratings and talent assessments, partnering with leaders and managers to integrate nudges, self-service, reflection, and assessment throughout.
We are open to hiring in our San Francisco, New York, Indianapolis and Remote hubs.

What you’ll be doing:
- Defining the purpose and mission of our performance review processes
- Partnering on career progression paths that truly enable internal mobility
- Evaluating and iterating on performance programs to ensure they’re impactful, equitable and serve our stakeholders
- Designing a holistic feedback program that includes performance enablement touchpoints, company and individual pulse measures, and balances continuous and formal feedback
- Enabling managers and employees on providing high-quality feedback and mitigating bias
- Creating communication plans and managing program executionServing as a trusted advisor across the business using your experience to understand, assess, and develop high performing, values-aligned teams.
- Relaunching our performance management software and ensuring it’s integrated throughout the employee lifecycle
Your Background:
- 5+ years of work experience in a related field (Performance Management, Talent Management, HR Consulting, HR, Coaching) including 2+ years direct performance development experience
- Demonstrated program management skills with experience launching programs in remote/distributed settings
- Seasoned facilitator/trainer, skilled at engagement and materials designExperience working with talent management software
- Analytics experience in modeling talent metrics and insights
Nice to Haves:
- Social media, blogging, or online community creation experienceExperience with digital authoring tools, podcasting, or video editingEmployee engagement and pulse survey experience
