Talkdesk’s Product team continues to grow quickly and we’re looking to hire an outstanding leader who can leverage their expertise in Product Led Growth techniques to build growth opportunities for our business in the SMB market and via expansion opportunities with our existing customers. As the leader of this new team, you will articulate a vision for Product Led Growth at Talkdesk, build a practice, and work with your team along with our Engineering, Platform and Product teams in executing that vision.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the GM for the Product Led Growth self service business managing the P&L of the business
- Lead a 1-2 pizza cross functional team to devise and execute a product led growth strategy for onboarding and growing SMB accounts; devise strategies for expanding the Talkdesk install-base using PLG techniques
- Drive the vision and execution of a strategy that leverages continuous optimization to drive key SaaS metrics
- Collaborate with our executive and leadership team to solidify our positioning as a leader in growing business via product led techniques
- Design, deploy and maintain highly scalable systems, tools and processes that are necessary to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Drive innovation by developing new approaches to growth
- Grow the PLG team by hiring talented individuals and developing deep expertise in the team
Requirements:
- Experience growing a cross functional PLG team
- Demonstrated success with PLG techniques
- Hands-on experience in building easily measurable and iterable UX
- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience and expert knowledge in growth, marketing, engineering, or product development/management
- Passion for leading teams, setting vision and developing highly functioning organizations
- Ability to communicate the value and tell the story of PLG across the company
- Love of onboarding
