We’re seeking an exceptional VP of Information Technology to join our leadership team and lead our IT strategy.  Reporting to the CFO, the VP of IT will lead our technology infrastructure and drive the next phase of our growth.
The VP of IT will be the architect of our technology strategy, ensuring that our IT infrastructure supports our ambitious growth plans and scales seamlessly with our business.  You’ll be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing IT team, managing our technology roadmap, and ensuring that our systems, security, and processes are optimized to support our customers and internal teams.  You’ll also be the thought leader enabling Lattice to be an AI-enabled workforce.
This is a critical leadership role that requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong people management skills.
<h3>What You Will Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans</li>
<li>Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including managers, engineers, and support staff</li>
<li>Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and operations, including cloud services, networks, support systems, and IT analytics</li>
<li>Manage the IT budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize IT investments</li>
<li>Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of all IT systems and services</li>
<li>Collaborate with other department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization</li>
<li>Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the business</li>
<li>Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products</li>
<li>Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (including but not limited to GDPR, SOC 2, etc.)</li>
<li>Regularly report on IT performance metrics</li>

<h3>What You Will Bring to the Table</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a VP or senior management position within a SaaS or technology-focused company</li>
<li>Proven track record of building and leading high-performing IT teams, with strong people management and mentorship skills</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop IT talent</li>
<li>Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and software development lifecycles</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, networking, and enterprise architecture</li>
<li>Ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and drive innovation through technology</li>
<li>Experience managing IT operations at scale in a fast-growing environment</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with a history of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time</li>
<li>Experience in budget management and resource allocation</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders</li>
<li>Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) and industry best practices</li>
<li>Familiarity with relevant compliance standards and regulations in the SaaS industry</li>
</ul>
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $300,000 - $350,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
