We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to work with a cross-functional team on customer-facing projects including the Front website, customer education portals, interactive tools, editorial content, and more. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a self-starter and able to manage a number of competing priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and documentation skills, and be able to manage stakeholders while delivering fast and reliable code.
What will you be doing?
- Own various front-end web development projects from scoping through implementation and optimization
- Partner closely with our brand/content and design teams on strategy and project outcomes
- Understand Front.com and its associated customer-facing web properties inside and out
- Test and optimize landing pages in partnership with marketing operations to drive improved site performance and lead conversion
- Practice good project management skills; establish project scope/milestones/deadlines, align with stakeholders and ensure they are kept up-to-date on progress and potential risks/delays
What skills and experience do you need?
- 2+ years of front-end web development experience
- Strong experience with our front-end technology stack (Javascript - React, HTML, CSS/SASS)
- Strong experience with responsive web design
- Familiarity with Javascript build and automation tools
- Familiarity with GitHub as a source control repository
- Solid understanding of headless CMS site architecture
- Comfortable using modern web testing frameworks
- Working experience with Craft CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Figma, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
