Senior individual contributor owning executive compensation and comp business partnering for senior leaders. Lead AI strategy for Compensation, build AI-enabled workflows and agents, design LTI structures, prepare Comp Committee materials, model scenarios, and produce concise, executive-ready recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Partner with functional leaders to translate business strategy into people strategy. Own HRBP lifecycle including org design, performance management, talent development, retention, employee relations, and data-driven people insights across global teams. Coach leaders, design people programs, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with People COEs.
