Support DOE/NNSA contract acquisition and administration across the contract lifecycle. Perform business analysis, cost/price analysis, negotiation, subcontractor management, and ensure deliverables meet senior stakeholder expectations. Lead design, architecture, integration, governance, and optimization of enterprise IBM Maximo/MAS solutions. Administer and deploy IBM Maximo Application Suite; perform systems analysis, design solutions, develop test cases and documentation, support SDLC and integrations, write/modify SQL/Java/HTML/JavaScript/XML, lead project tasks, provide customer-facing support (remote) and occasional travel, and meet federal security and NIST 800-171 requirements.

Support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of IBM Maximo (v7.6.x / MAS9). Configure application components, run unit tests, troubleshoot defects, manage data imports/exports, assist with reporting and documentation, and follow IT governance and change management procedures.

Develop, customize, integrate, deploy, and support IBM Maximo solutions (MAS/EAM/CMMS). Perform coding, GUI/report/script development, data migration, debugging, environment configuration, source control, and technical leadership while supporting SDLC processes and federal security requirements.
