Represent and sell Samsara implementation and integration services to enterprise customers. Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineers to define services in proposals, own services pursuits and ARR attach quota, scope and produce SOWs, forecast services capacity, govern implementations, maintain executive customer relationships, and help build services methodologies and collateral.

Design and build Databricks ETL pipelines and Gold Layer tables, develop semantic models and documentation for AI-enabled BI, create dashboards and ad-hoc analyses, translate marketing and sales requirements into analytics-ready datasets, and partner with Data Engineering and stakeholders to enable self-serve reporting and agentic AI workflows.

Lead a global Operations Program Management team, overseeing the launch of hardware products from concept to mass production, ensuring operational excellence and effective cross-functional alignment.

Build and own platform tooling that improves production reliability: automated safeguards, incident management, observability and SLO frameworks, AI-driven remediation, and partnership with product teams to prevent incidents and reduce operational toil.
