Deliver GitLab Professional Services engagements for federal customers in regulated, classified, and air-gapped environments. Install, configure, upgrade, secure, and troubleshoot GitLab across cloud, on-premises, Kubernetes, and disconnected deployments. Lead migrations from legacy tools, implement infrastructure as code, translate compliance requirements into configurations, support authorization evidence, conduct customer workshops, document runbooks, and coordinate with program managers, agency stakeholders, Product, and Engineering.

The role requires value-based selling, structured sales methodologies, customer relationship management, and outbound prospecting across accounts with 250–1,999 employees.

Build and operate Go-based automation for PostgreSQL provisioning, configuration, upgrades, failover, scaling, and decommissioning at GitLab scale. Develop PostgreSQL-as-a-service capabilities across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes or comparable automation platforms, and infrastructure-as-code tooling. Improve database performance, reliability, and scalability; operate production services; review code; document practices; and provide technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-team influence.

Leads GitLab’s global social media function, including organic and paid strategy, YouTube growth, campaigns, employee advocacy, creator programs, measurement, budget, tooling, and agency relationships. Partners with marketing, communications, product, sales, talent acquisition, and developer relations teams. Manages and develops social practitioners, supports executive presence, uses audience insights and AI tools, and guides responses to sensitive issues in a fully remote environment.

Site Reliability Engineers maintain reliable, scalable GitLab production services and infrastructure. Responsibilities include building automation and infrastructure-as-code tooling, operating Kubernetes systems, managing CI/CD and GitOps deployments, participating in on-call and incident response, improving observability and SLOs, troubleshooting production issues, and documenting operational practices. The role is remote within the United Kingdom and may be calibrated from Intermediate through Senior Staff based on experience and interview performance.

Coordinates the end-to-end candidate experience, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant tracking system updates, pipeline monitoring, offer contract preparation, and handoffs to People Operations. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to execute hiring plans, improve coordination workflows, maintain accurate hiring data, and represent GitLab’s values in a high-volume, remote environment.

Serves as a strategic partner to the CRO and revenue leadership team, driving executive operations, strategic planning, goal tracking, cross-functional initiatives, and resolution of complex business issues. Acts as a CRO proxy for customer and partner engagements, manages board and investor communications, coordinates executive presentations, and optimizes leadership priorities. The role also oversees communications and CRO initiatives resources while fostering alignment across revenue, finance, people, and strategy teams.

Advise complex enterprise customers on adopting GitLab and achieving DevSecOps outcomes. Own a customer portfolio while coordinating with Support, Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Professional Services to drive retention, expansion, satisfaction, and platform maturity.
