Design and provide technical support for access control, intrusion detection, and video management systems for DoD facility projects, perform layouts, network/server input, integration with ICS, testing, submittal reviews, as-built/O&M documentation, and site travel for acceptance and commissioning.

Design, implement, and defend OT/ICS networks for DoD missions. Responsibilities include network architecture, routing/switching, firewall/VPN and NAC configuration, monitoring/IDS/SIEM integration, DISA STIG compliance, vulnerability coordination, documentation, troubleshooting, and site travel to secure facilities.

Lead a multidisciplinary DoD program delivering procurement, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of industrial control systems (UMCS, HVAC, SCADA, ESS, FAS, metering). Oversee multiple task orders, manage cost/schedule/quality/cybersecurity/safety, staff and supervise subcontractors, report using EVMS or equivalent, ensure compliance with federal standards, and act as primary government point of contact. Design, implement, and integrate cybersecurity solutions for facility and OT environments. Support DoD RMF activities to achieve IATT/IATO/ATO, perform vulnerability scanning/remediation, apply DISA STIGs, harden systems, develop segmentation and firewall rules, produce RMF artifacts, and coordinate with stakeholders and field teams. Travel to secure CONUS/OCONUS project sites (minimum 25%).

Administer and maintain IBM Maximo (v7.6x/MAS) EAM environments including upgrades, performance tuning, security/SSO, integrations, data migrations, backups, Tier 2 support, documentation, and user training to ensure availability and compliance.
