Provide expert review and validation of mechanical system scopes, drawings, and construction packages for federal DMR and recapitalization projects. Provide L1/L2 help desk support and triage L3 issues for a heavily customized IBM TRIRIGA IWMS; deliver user training, develop training materials and help documentation, maintain user records, and support occasional on-site onboarding at federal client facilities.

Lead agency-specific business development and growth strategies for federal customers. Qualify and prioritize opportunities, influence requirements and acquisition strategies, sponsor executive engagements, drive capture and pricing decisions, manage large pipelines and portfolios, and coordinate cross-organizational teams to win multi-sector, multi-year contracts with government agencies.

Design, implement, and integrate cybersecurity solutions for facility and OT environments. Support DoD RMF activities to achieve IATT/IATO/ATO, perform vulnerability scanning/remediation, apply DISA STIGs, harden systems, develop segmentation and firewall rules, produce RMF artifacts, and coordinate with stakeholders and field teams. Travel to secure CONUS/OCONUS project sites (minimum 25%).

Manage federal acquisitions: perform market research and acquisition planning, prepare solicitations (RFQ/RFP/IFB), evaluate proposals, conduct cost/price analyses, prepare awards, administer contracts, monitor performance, process modifications and invoices, resolve disputes, and complete contract closeouts.

Administer and maintain IBM Maximo (v7.6x/MAS) EAM environments including upgrades, performance tuning, security/SSO, integrations, data migrations, backups, Tier 2 support, documentation, and user training to ensure availability and compliance.
