Provide financial advisory to Federally Qualified Health Centers by assessing finance operations, improving revenue cycle and cash flow, advising on Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and PPS rates, configuring financial systems/EHRs, building executive client relationships, and leading implementation of operational and budgeting improvements.

Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and long-range modeling. Supports board, sponsor, lender, and executive reporting while managing partner compensation planning and business cases for technology and transformation investments. Supports revenue forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, reporting, and performance analysis across practices and business segments. Prepares recurring reports on revenue, utilization, realization, margin, WIP, accounts receivable, write-offs, and backlog. Partners with accounting, billing, and business teams on close activities, M&A integration, reporting controls, dashboards, and recommendations that improve revenue performance and cash conversion.

Designs secure, scalable solutions integrating Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, APIs, SQL, and third-party applications. Translates business needs into architecture, data models, integration patterns, technical requirements, and delivery plans. Provides technical leadership through implementation, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management while managing risks, mentoring developers, and aligning solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
