Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Gusto’s Payroll Platform. Define unified APIs, shared interfaces, controls, audit trails, and migration plans while driving platform adoption. Oversees Recruiting Operations and Candidate Experience teams, redesigns workflows, implements automation and AI solutions, establishes governance and KPI dashboards, improves candidate and hiring-team experiences, and partners with senior stakeholders across Recruiting, People Technology, Legal, Finance, IT, and Security. Coaches managers and teams while driving measurable improvements in recruiting efficiency, compliance, service levels, and candidate satisfaction.

Own segmentation, book-of-business design, quota setting, and capacity planning across multiple sales organizations. Build automated, defensible models for account assignment, territory balancing, quotas, headcount, and scenario planning.
