Design and implement AI systems for customer support and compliance. Develop platforms for automation, manage projects, and mentor team members.

Own reliability, monitoring, and incident response for AI infrastructure on AWS. Build automation, CI/CD tooling, and Kubernetes deployment workflows. Improve observability and documentation, partner with Infrastructure and Security, and develop internal full-stack apps using Go or Python.

Own end-to-end fraud risk controls for ACH payments, detect and mitigate fraudulent deposits, run quantitative analysis of rule performance and financial impact, partner with product/ML/engineering to operationalize risk strategies, and investigate anomalous customer and transaction behavior.
