Provides presales technical and business-value leadership for enterprise customers across the West region. Partners with Sales, Professional Services, and Partners to qualify opportunities, conduct value-based workshops, demonstrate Nexthink’s digital employee experience platform, engage executive stakeholders, and support large-scale transactions. Requires enterprise presales or technical consulting experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. The field-based role includes domestic client travel and occasional international travel.

Own new business growth in an assigned territory by building strategic plans, prospecting enterprise accounts, developing qualified pipeline, leading complex sales cycles (discovery, POC, negotiation, close), partnering with internal teams, and consistently exceeding bookings targets. Evangelize Nexthink’s DEX value, engage executive and technical stakeholders, manage expectations through evaluations, and sell software, services, and support to create long-term customer value and expansion opportunities.
