Coordinates end-to-end candidate experiences across high-volume hiring processes. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, maintaining ATS and repository records, monitoring candidate pipelines, communicating with candidates, preparing employment contracts, supporting offer handoffs, and partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Operations. Manage a customer portfolio, monitor usage and risks, coordinate escalations across internal teams, and drive retention, expansion, satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes through strategic and technical engagement.

Serves as strategic partner and operational force multiplier to the CRO and revenue leadership team. Leads executive operating rhythms, strategic planning, goal tracking, cross-functional initiatives, customer and partner escalations, board materials, investor updates, and executive communications. Acts as CRO proxy for key meetings and account reviews, manages CRO Office leaders, improves delegation and time allocation, and drives organizational alignment across revenue, finance, people, and executive teams.

Provide advanced technical support for GitLab deployments used by U.S. government customers in secure, air-gapped, and regulated environments. Investigate logs, system performance, application behavior, and GitLab internals using Linux command-line tools. Reproduce defects, collaborate with Product and Engineering, develop troubleshooting utilities, maintain documentation, participate in on-call rotations, and support hiring activities. The role requires customer case ownership, scripting, Git, CI/CD, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and familiarity with AI gateway architectures and federal security controls.

Provide advanced technical support to major GitLab customers, troubleshooting complex Linux, GitLab, CI/CD, infrastructure, and integration issues. Build proactive customer relationships, resolve critical incidents, collaborate cross-functionally on defects and product improvements, and create reusable documentation. The role also supports team development through knowledge sharing and participation in hiring.

Build and maintain the TypeScript-based Duo Client SDK, including Node.js core packages, public APIs, browser-compatible modules, and Vue 3 client components. Extract and publish versioned packages from the GitLab Language Server, ensure backward compatibility, strengthen credential security, optimize browser performance, write tests, participate in reviews and design discussions, and support a Tier 2 on-call rotation.

Build and maintain the Python backend for GitLab Duo Chat, including agentic LangGraph flows, the Flow Registry, and Duo Workflow Service. Integrate chat capabilities with GitLab’s Rails monolith and GraphQL API, develop secure and tested high-scale services, optimize performance, address technical debt, review code, and collaborate asynchronously with product, UX, and frontend teams. Participate in weekday, weekend, and occasional nighttime on-call rotations.

Own strategic accounts across state and local government and higher education in the Great Lakes region. Build account plans, develop pipelines, navigate public-sector procurement, manage complex sales cycles, and drive expansion of GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform. Develop relationships with CIOs and technical leaders, coordinate pre- and post-sales teams, collaborate with system integrators and resellers, support adoption, and communicate customer feedback internally.

Lead customer migrations from self-managed GitLab to GitLab Dedicated using GitLab Geo. Plan replication, cutovers, validation, networking, and integrations while troubleshooting synchronization issues. Build repeatable automation, runbooks, and infrastructure validation using Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. Manage multiple customer engagements, advise stakeholders, communicate risks and timelines, and collaborate with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams to improve migration delivery.

Own the function’s AI strategy, prioritize high-impact transformation initiatives, map workflows, and drive adoption. Build and manage AI agents using no-code and low-code tools, configure skills and MCP integrations, evaluate agent performance, and iterate solutions. Partner with Enterprise AI and executive sponsors, coordinate cross-functional Champion networks, establish success metrics, and lead change management to embed AI-enabled ways of working across the organization.
