Designs, deploys, manages, and supports enterprise data center infrastructure, including VMware, Nutanix, storage, networking, Windows and Linux servers, cloud platforms, disaster recovery, identity management, Microsoft 365, and email security. The role serves as an infrastructure subject matter expert, oversees system performance, availability, compliance, lifecycle management, automation, and cost optimization, and supports infrastructure troubleshooting and projects.

Translates customer requirements into manufacturable designs using CAD, technical analysis, prototyping, and testing. Collaborates with customers, account managers, manufacturing, operations, and sales through design reviews, new product introduction, fabrication, installation, and production. Requires expertise in thermal applications, material properties, quick-turn engineer-to-order environments, and semiconductor capital equipment.

Leads complex engineering projects supporting semiconductor manufacturing, equipment, and systems. Develops solutions to improve yield, throughput, reliability, safety, sustainability, and cost; performs data-driven root cause analysis; supports NPI, technology transfers, factory ramps, audits, and compliance. Acts as a technical subject-matter expert, approves engineering documentation, collaborates cross-functionally, drives continuous improvement, and mentors less-experienced engineers.

Designs and develops mechanical components and assemblies from concept through production release. Creates CAD models, layouts, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and bills of material while applying GD&T, manufacturability, cost, and testability principles. Validates design performance, collaborates with cross-functional teams, resolves design issues, and coordinates designers and technical support staff. Requires a mechanical engineering degree and extensive experience using SolidWorks and Pro-Engineer.

Manage design and execution of sales compensation plans, analyze performance and payout models, forecast and control incentive budgets, collaborate with Sales/Finance/HR/IT, ensure compliance, and provide training and communication to sales teams.
