Manage and grow a portfolio of public, private, and nonprofit partners across Gulf states to meet revenue targets. Develop proposals, write grants, track pipeline in Salesforce, support regional partnership strategy, produce reports and outreach materials, represent SCA at events, and collaborate with internal program and philanthropic teams. Travel ~15–20%.
