Responsible for sales operations analytics, sales planning, and variable pay management system administration. Builds and tracks quotas, territory plans, reports, and incentive plans; manages disputes and system errors; supports implementation and enhancements; partners with HR Compensation and field teams; and maintains documentation and recurring agile reporting.
