Conduct outbound prospecting to SMB and mid-market customers, qualify leads, uncover connectivity needs, and sell fiber, cybersecurity, and network solutions. Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, including discovery, proposals, RFP responses, negotiation, closing, CRM updates, and account expansion. Success is measured by quota attainment, pipeline activity, conversion, retention, and customer growth.

Provide first-line remote IT support (≈85%): troubleshoot PCs, Macs, mobile devices, printers, and network issues; document and resolve tickets; escalate when needed. Provide Tier 1 support for enterprise AI tools (≈15%): handle access and common how-to questions for Claude Enterprise and Microsoft 365 Copilot, assist with account provisioning/deprovisioning, maintain FAQs/KB articles, and escalate governance or complex issues.

Implement, QA, and document analytics tags across GTM, GA4, performance pixels, experimentation and server-side pipelines. Translate Figma designs into data-layer specs, collaborate with engineers to ensure tracking parity across web, app and Shopify, maintain pixel integrity for ad optimization, support server-side syncing, run monthly data audits, enforce consent with OneTrust, and contribute to QA and solution design documentation.
