Support DOE/NNSA contract acquisition and administration across the contract lifecycle. Perform business analysis, cost/price analysis, negotiation, subcontractor management, and ensure deliverables meet senior stakeholder expectations. Lead design, development, integration, configuration, and operational support of IBM TRIRIGA in a federal environment. Perform administration, upgrades, reporting, testing/UAT, performance tuning, security remediation, cloud/container deployment, backups, change control, and communicate solutions to stakeholders.

Lead design, architecture, integration, governance, and optimization of enterprise IBM Maximo/MAS solutions. Drive data and system architecture, migrations, integrations, security, high-availability deployments, and technical roadmaps. Advise stakeholders, mentor teams, run design reviews, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements for large-scale EAM implementations.

Administer and deploy IBM Maximo Application Suite; perform systems analysis, design solutions, develop test cases and documentation, support SDLC and integrations, write/modify SQL/Java/HTML/JavaScript/XML, lead project tasks, provide customer-facing support (remote) and occasional travel, and meet federal security and NIST 800-171 requirements.

Support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of IBM Maximo (v7.6.x / MAS9). Configure application components, run unit tests, troubleshoot defects, manage data imports/exports, assist with reporting and documentation, and follow IT governance and change management procedures.

Gather and document functional and technical requirements, analyze and improve asset management processes, design and customize IBM Maximo applications/reports/interfaces, perform system administration, and provide training and support. Role includes stakeholder engagement (including USPS) and at least 25% travel.

Own and administer IBM Maximo (v7.6x/MAS) environments: install, configure, patch, tune, and secure the platform. Manage user accounts, SSO, integrations, data migrations, backups, and audit/compliance activities. Monitor performance, resolve application and integration incidents, coordinate with IBM support, maintain documentation, and provide Tier 2 support and training for end users and support staff.

Develop, customize, integrate, deploy, and support IBM Maximo solutions (MAS/EAM/CMMS). Perform coding, GUI/report/script development, data migration, debugging, environment configuration, source control, and technical leadership while supporting SDLC processes and federal security requirements.

Lead agency-specific growth strategies and capture efforts for federal clients. Build and govern senior relationships, shape acquisition strategies, prioritize a large opportunity portfolio, sponsor executive engagement, and guide cross-organizational capture and pricing decisions to win multi-year, multi-sector contracts.
