Who we are:

We provide the world's engineers mission-critical intelligence, safeguarding the technology of today and enabling the breakthroughs of tomorrow. Accuris transforms the world's largest repository of standards and supply chain data into AI-driven insights and connected workflows - enabling engineers to work smarter, stay compliant, and innovate faster. Behind every world-changing innovation - there's Accuris - the most trusted intelligence platform for engineers. https://accuristech.com/

The Team:

The Enterprise Technology & AI team puts frontier models to work across Accuris every day. You will join a small, hands-on team and work directly with Sales, Deal Management, GTM, Client Services, Contract Management, Legal, Finance, and Product - with direct business owners and results you can measure.

The Impact:

We are putting AI at the front of how Accuris sells, quotes, contracts, and renews. As our Applied AI Architect, CRM Platform, you will design and ship the agents, assistants, and automations that work across our CRM and revenue systems, and own the architecture of the platforms they run on. This is a builder's role: you will write code, set the patterns others follow, and take work from the first conversation with the business to something people use every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Applied AI Delivery: Design, build, and run AI agents and assistants on top of business systems using retrieval, tool use, MCP connectors, and headless/API-first patterns. Choose the right approach for each problem - model, prompt, retrieval, workflow, or plain code - including when not to use AI at all.
  • Process Discovery: Learn how Sales, Deal Management, Contracts, and Finance work, map the process, and find where automation and AI remove manual effort.
  • Evaluation, Cost & ROI: Build evaluation in from day one: test sets, accuracy and safety checks, human review, and production monitoring. Manage the AI usage model (cost per call, token use, model choice) and measure ROI in hours saved, cycle time, and revenue impact.
  • Revenue Platform Architecture: Own the architecture of our CRM and revenue platform, with Salesforce as the system of record - data model, security, automation, and integration patterns. Build and extend in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow, including our custom CPQ for pricing, quoting, and approvals.
  • Integrations & AI-Readiness: Design integrations with SAP, DocuSign, HubSpot, Snowflake, and new tools through APIs and services on AWS. Optimize data models and reduce technical debt every quarter.
  • DevOps & Standards: Run releases through our DevOps pipeline (GitHub, Gearset, CI/CD) with testing as a formal gate. Write the designs and specifications others build from, and mentor the engineers and administrators around you.
  • Delivery Leadership: Plan and run projects end to end in Jira - backlog, sprints, dependencies, risks, and status - and lead user acceptance testing, cutover, and adoption so new capability actually gets used.
  • AI-First Engineering: Use AI tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot every day across design, code, tests, documentation, and review.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience building enterprise software or custom CRM solutions.
  • AI or LLM features shipped to production on top of business systems (agents, retrieval, tool use, or workflow automation), plus daily hands-on use of AI tools across the software development lifecycle.
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce experience: Lightning Web Components, Apex design patterns, Flow, the security model, and governor limits.
  • Python or TypeScript, plus Apex and SQL, and working knowledge of quote-to-cash processes (CPQ, contracts, orders, billing, and renewals).
  • Proven project or program leadership across multiple teams, with working knowledge of Agile and Jira.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Nice to have: safely exposing enterprise data to AI models in production, LLM evaluation and observability tooling, and SAP or Snowflake integration experience.

The Location:

United States
