A leading Industrial AI company, Augury helps the world’s manufacturers leverage real-time production insights and data to drive new levels of efficiency. By combining predictive and prescriptive technology with operational data and customized AI agents, production teams can improve uptime, reduce costs, and maximize yield and capacity. Our mission is to transform how people and machines work together to push the boundaries of human productivity.

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager  to build the systems, data and ways of working that help marketing deliver measurable growth.

You will own our marketing technology strategy, campaign operations and performance measurement. Your job is to make marketing more effective: simplify the stack, connect customer and account data, improve execution and give the team clear insight into what drives pipeline, revenue and expansion.

You’ll bring a practical approach to AI and automation, with experience turning promising ideas into reliable workflows. You should be comfortable setting strategy, building alongside your team and challenging processes that create work without improving outcomes.

What you’ll own

A streamlined marketing technology stack

  • Own the marketing technology roadmap, including architecture, integrations, vendor relationships, adoption and budget.
  • Build around our core platforms, including Marketo and Salesforce, with clear responsibilities for each system and reliable data flowing between them.
  • Evaluate technology against business needs, existing capabilities, total cost and measurable value. Consolidate overlapping tools and retire what no longer earns its place.
  • Partner with RevOps, IT and customer success operations to connect prospect and customer journeys across acquisition, retention and expansion.
  • Establish clear documentation, access controls and change management so the stack remains maintainable as we grow.

AI and automation that improve how work gets done

  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across campaign production, quality assurance, enrichment, segmentation, lead management and performance analysis.
  • Redesign workflows to reduce manual work, shorten turnaround times and improve consistency.
  • Build reusable workflows and agents with clear inputs, defined permissions, human review where needed and ongoing quality monitoring.
  • Test new capabilities against measurable improvements in speed, quality, cost or business results before scaling them.
  • Equip marketers to use approved capabilities effectively, in partnership with IT and security.

Agile campaign execution

  • Lead campaign operations from intake and prioritization through build, testing, launch and measurement.
  • Establish a practical agile operating rhythm with a visible backlog, clear briefs, capacity planning, short delivery cycles and regular retrospectives.
  • Create reusable campaign templates, audience logic and quality checks that make execution faster and more reliable.
  • Coordinate dependencies across demand generation, product marketing, content, digital and regional teams.
  • Use delivery data to identify bottlenecks, reduce rework and improve the time from campaign brief to launch.

Trusted measurement and decision support

  • Own marketing’s measurement framework, connecting investment and engagement to pipeline creation, progression, revenue and customer growth.
  • Partner with RevOps and Finance on consistent definitions for lifecycle stages, sourcing, influence, conversion and reporting.
  • Build visibility into performance at the person, buying group and account levels, including complex parent and child account relationships.
  • Combine attribution, cohort analysis and controlled experiments to understand performance. Be clear about what the data demonstrates and where attribution has limits.
  • Deliver reporting that helps leaders decide where to invest, what to change and what to stop.
  • Monitor funnel volume, conversion, velocity, pipeline quality and spend efficiency across relevant segments and channels.

Lifecycle and data operations

  • Own marketing’s approach to segmentation, scoring, nurture, campaign tracking and data quality.
  • Partner with RevOps on routing, handoff rules and service-level agreements, with visibility into follow-up and progression.
  • Use Clay, ZoomInfo and other enrichment tools to build and grow targeted account and contact lists that meet audience and lead-volume needs across inbound and outbound programs. Establish best practices for enrichment, validation, deduplication and ongoing maintenance to keep the customer and prospect database accurate, complete and actionable.
  • Connect customer signals with marketing actions to support adoption, cross-sell and expansion in partnership with customer success.
  • Establish durable standards for campaign taxonomy, timestamps, consent, deduplication and account matching.
  • Investigate performance changes and data issues at their source, then fix the underlying process.

Team leadership and operating discipline

  • Lead and develop the marketing operations team and manage agency or contractor support where appropriate.
  • Prioritize work against business impact, team capacity and operating cost.
  • Partner with the CMO and Finance on technology and campaign spend planning, tracking and reconciliation.
  • Build strong working relationships across marketing, sales, customer success, RevOps, Finance and IT.
  • Translate technical choices and analytical findings into clear business recommendations.

What you bring

  • Experience leading marketing operations in B2B SaaS, with measurable improvements in execution, funnel performance and technology efficiency.
  • Deep practical expertise in Marketo and Salesforce, including lifecycle architecture, campaign operations, data models and integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience simplifying a technology stack and making sound build, buy, consolidate and retire decisions.
  • Examples of AI or automation workflows you have put into production, including how you evaluated their quality and business value.
  • Strong analytical judgment, including attribution, funnel and cohort analysis, experimentation and executive reporting.
  • Experience introducing agile practices that improved campaign throughput and predictability.
  • The technical fluency to work with APIs, integration tools, data teams and BI platforms, and to investigate reporting logic. SQL proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience leading people, managing vendors and budgets, and influencing decisions across functions.
  • A willingness to work directly in the systems when needed, paired with the discipline to build processes others can run.

What success looks like

  • A clear technology roadmap, with stronger adoption of core platforms and less unnecessary cost and complexity.
  • Faster, more predictable campaign delivery with fewer errors and less rework.
  • Reliable lifecycle data and reporting that marketing, RevOps and Finance can reconcile.
  • Better visibility into which investments create qualified pipeline, accelerate opportunities and support customer growth.
  • AI and automation workflows that produce measurable gains in team capacity and work quality.
  • A capable operations team with clear priorities, documented processes and strong business partnerships.
