  • Lead delivery of supercomputer-class infrastructure for strategic customers, translating business and customer requirements into infrastructure plans, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with hardware and software engineering, capacity planning, supply chain, data center infrastructure, networking, operations, finance, and customer-facing teams to predictably deliver strategic capacity commitments.
  • Develop scalable processes, automation, telemetry, and deployment mechanisms that improve delivery predictability, deployment quality, and time to production.
  • Partner with senior leaders to frame complex technical and business tradeoffs, establish clear decision points, and drive timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Establish and maintain integrated execution plans, risk management mechanisms, milestone tracking, and operational review cadences.
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks, drive issue resolution, and accelerate execution across organizational boundaries.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and agentic workflows to infrastructure delivery processes.
  • Challenge existing assumptions and workflows, using data and customer outcomes to redefine how work gets done.
  • Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities to deliver outcomes that support Microsoft’s long-term AI infrastructure strategy. Communicate complex technical and business issues clearly to executive audiences.
    • Act as a force multiplier for the organization by identifying opportunities others miss and driving durable solutions.
