Owns the conversion of manual regression suites into automated tests for CAD-based desktop and Revit-integrated applications using T-Plan Robot. Responsibilities include building reusable frameworks, executing and analyzing automated tests, documenting defects, integrating automation with CI/CD, applying AI and LLM tools with validation workflows, reporting coverage and defect trends, and mentoring broader test engineering teams.

Administers and analyzes sales compensation programs, including commission payout processing, data auditing, dispute resolution, plan modeling, reporting, and dashboard maintenance. Partners with sales, finance, HR, and leadership to improve compensation plans, ensure data integrity, support compliance, and communicate compensation matters. Requires strong Excel modeling, CRM and incentive compensation platform experience, analytical ability, accuracy, confidentiality, and effective stakeholder communication.

Leads the division’s sales and marketing functions, including strategic planning, market analysis, advertising sales, account development, forecasting, pricing, and sales team direction. Provide front-line support for Enverus software via phone, email, and screen share; diagnose and resolve user issues; document customer requests; educate users; escalate product bugs with thorough notes; collaborate within the team and with other departments; maintain product knowledge and ensure high customer satisfaction while supporting rotating shifts and holiday coverage.

Handles incoming owner-relations inquiries involving revenue, land, division orders, joint interest billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Logs and follows up on cases, resolves issues promptly and professionally, manages difficult interactions, builds client trust, and participates in cross-training. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, independent work, and familiarity with revenue accounting or land-related oil and gas operations.

Interprets seismic and well data for onshore geological products, supports basin-scale structural and sequence stratigraphic analysis, and integrates published studies with production data. Serves as a geoscience subject matter expert, collaborates across geology, geophysics, data science, and petrophysics teams, and contributes to quality control, project management, and client presentations.

Lead and grow the Power & Utility sales team by setting strategic sales plans, managing territories, quotas and pipeline, hiring and coaching reps, driving revenue and market share, analyzing sales and market data, coordinating cross-functional efforts, representing the company at industry events, and delivering periodic sales reports and budgets.

Lead technical design and development of large-scale nodal electricity market models, optimization (MILP), forecasting, and simulation. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customers to build scalable, production-ready market management software, mentor data scientists, and shape long-term product strategy.

Conduct comprehensive commercial and energy title searches, identify and cure defects, prepare and review title reports and conveyance documents, analyze legal descriptions/surveys, support energy project teams, and develop repeatable title processes and procedures.

Sell Enverus SaaS solutions within a territory: prospect and close new business, manage renewals and upsells, maintain CRM records, meet sales targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success.

Serve as the senior QA/QC lead and constructive skeptic for long-term power market forecasts. Own validation processes, define review cadence and checklists, surface material concerns, advise leadership on forecast risks, contribute to research production, and represent Enverus to clients and prospects.

Lead power market analysis and forecasting, develop market models, and produce publications on power and CRR/FTR markets. Engage clients, host webinars, mentor junior staff, and provide actionable congestion risk management and trading recommendations.
