Implement, customize, and configure IBM TRIRIGA for enterprise facilities management. Lead end-to-end TRIRIGA implementations, produce FRDD and technical documentation, support testing, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver solutions within cloud environments.

Lead programming, configuration, testing, startup and commissioning of DDC building automation systems (Niagara N4). Design control hardware/software, troubleshoot networks/databases, integrate BACnet/LON/Modbus, perform installations, provide owner training, supervise subcontractors, maintain project documentation, and support project management. Traveling field technician who performs site assessments, documents building controls infrastructure, assists with installation, startup, programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning of Tridium/Niagara-based BAS under senior guidance, while maintaining project documentation and following safety and site procedures.

Performs onsite facility assessments and field verification for government and commercial facilities. Validates vendor inventories, inspections, documentation, and database entries; collects independent field data; identifies discrepancies; prepares reports and analysis; and supports process improvements. The role involves remote work, onsite meetings, CONUS and OCONUS travel, and assessment of building exteriors, interiors, roofs, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Perform calibration, commissioning, programming, testing, and PID tuning of DDC building automation systems. Assist project teams and subcontractors, maintain documentation and redlines, implement graphics and sequences, and perform on-site sensor calibrations and installations.

Support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of IBM Maximo applications. Assist with application design, workflows, automation scripts, testing, troubleshooting, data imports/exports, basic reporting, and documentation while following IT governance and change management.

Lead deployment, integration and management of smart building and IoT technologies for DoD facilities. Manage full project lifecycle, vendors, budgets, schedules, quality control, and a multidisciplinary delivery team. Serve as client point of contact, provide onsite leadership for controls projects, and collaborate with engineering on system configuration, networking, programming, and operations.

Design and provide technical support for access control, intrusion detection, and video management systems for DoD facility projects, perform layouts, network/server input, integration with ICS, testing, submittal reviews, as-built/O&M documentation, and site travel for acceptance and commissioning.

Partners with pricing, finance, procurement, and legal. Requires travel and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Perform on-site ICS/OT inventories at CONUS/OCONUS DoD facilities, create detailed network/topology and dataflow diagrams, assess OT hardware/software and RMF/cybersecurity compliance, make remediation recommendations, and support planning, logistics, and reporting with government stakeholders.

Administer, implement, and support IBM Maximo solutions and related COTS technologies. Perform systems analysis, design solutions, develop test cases and documentation, lead project tasks, provide functional leadership, support integrations, comply with NIST 800-171, and engage customers with occasional travel.

Lead design, development, integration, configuration, testing, and operational support for IBM TRIRIGA in a federal environment. Perform system administration, reporting, upgrades, security remediation, performance tuning, cloud and container deployments, stakeholder communication, testing, and documentation while ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity and program requirements.

Gather and document functional and technical requirements, analyze asset management processes, propose and implement Maximo enhancements, develop custom Maximo applications/reports/interfaces, perform system administration, and provide end-user training and support. Requires stakeholder communication (including USPS) and at least 25% travel.

Perform OT/ICS inventories and assessments at CONUS/OCONUS DoD sites, create network/topology diagrams, evaluate RMF/cybersecurity compliance, oversee inventory teams, and support planning, logistics, and reporting.

Provide expert review and validation of mechanical system scopes, drawings, and construction packages for federal DMR and recapitalization projects. Evaluate facility condition assessments, troubleshoot equipment, analyze system performance, recommend repairs or replacements, and prepare technical reports and presentations. Work is primarily virtual (~50 hours/year) with occasional site visits to validate conditions.

Design, implement, and defend OT/ICS networks for DoD missions. Responsibilities include network architecture, routing/switching, firewall/VPN and NAC configuration, monitoring/IDS/SIEM integration, DISA STIG compliance, vulnerability coordination, documentation, troubleshooting, and site travel to secure facilities.

Lead a multidisciplinary DoD program delivering procurement, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of industrial control systems (UMCS, HVAC, SCADA, ESS, FAS, metering). Oversee multiple task orders, manage cost/schedule/quality/cybersecurity/safety, staff and supervise subcontractors, report using EVMS or equivalent, ensure compliance with federal standards, and act as primary government point of contact. Requires travel and active Secret clearance.

Maintain and update the BUILDER SMS database, validate facility data, develop prioritized repair/replacement work packages, coordinate with facility engineers and managers, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure construction project data is accurately captured and reported.

Provide field installation, integration, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems and controls (DDC, BACnet/Modbus/LonWorks, VFDs) for DoD facilities. Support commissioning, functional testing, documentation, safety procedures, and OT cybersecurity hygiene while traveling to secure project sites.
