Lead global compensation and international benefits strategy, manage annual pay cycles, design salary structures and job architecture, run benchmarking and pay equity analyses, oversee US benefits, build analytics/reporting, support executive compensation and M&A, and manage a small Total Rewards team.

Lead Workday strategy and architecture for global people systems. Drive cross-functional programs, scalable integrations, SOX-compliant controls, complex Workday configuration, reporting, and AI/automation adoption to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.

Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, driving organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, complex employee relations, and change management. Use data and HR technologies to diagnose talent gaps, co-create solutions with Centers of Excellence, and influence cross-functional adoption of people strategies that align with company goals.
